What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter covers the essentials for facilities with up to 100 students: dues collection, mobile attendance, and parent portal. Pro adds unlimited students, court reservations, coach earnings automation, multi-branch management, and Lumo Play access — everything a growing academy needs.

Do I need an annual contract?

International billing is in USD. For facilities in Turkey, billing is available in Turkish Lira (TRY) — see TRY pricing.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Pro later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. The change takes effect on your next billing date, and you'll immediately unlock all Pro features.
What about payment processing fees?
Payment gateway fees (PayTR for Turkish facilities) are charged by the gateway at standard market rates, separate from your Lumo subscription. Lumo does not add any markup.
